Vinification and Ageing
The harvest is selected according to its safety, its cleanness and sugar level. Grape varieties and selections are vinified separately. The long maceration produces wines for ageing. The wine is aged in oak barrels and lasts for about 12 months. The wine is naturally clarified, filtered and bottled using a vacuum system in our cellars. Our methods are those traditionally used in the Médoc.
