Join us for our first California-based virtual Chef event

Tanya Holland, Chef Proprietor of Brown Sugar Kitchen , will make her signature Andouille Gougères, from her cookbook Brown Sugar Kitchen.

  1. Join in the cooking fun by getting the ingredients for the recipe at a store of your choice:
    Yield: 24 andouille gougères

    1 cup /840ml water
    1/2 cup/115g unsalted butter
    Kosher salt
    1 cup/125g all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 oz/70 g Gruyère cheese, grated
    4 oz/115g andouille sausage
